Zeta Corporation is a biomedical company, Zeta manufactures and sells the highest quality of antibodies to help pathologists diagnosing human diseases. Now Zeta Corporation needs Customer Service Representative to work with them.

Job Responsibilities:

• Making inbound and outbound calls to customers.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Must have and experience of handling administrative tasks as well.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
•  Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support.

Experience:

• Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type:    Full-time

Salary:         Rs30,000.00 to Rs45,000.00 /month
