Commercial Development Programme

We are offering graduate vacancies in our Dubai office starting throughout 2020.

Tasks/responsibilities:

• Support the commercial decisions of the traders through the supply of timely analysis and market monitoring.
• Perform research into various aspects of the ECU Energy markets
• Analyze business requirements (tools and systems) and supply ideas to solutions that add value to the rock bottom line.

What we glance for:

• Very strong numerical, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
• A during a level Mathematics. Must have studied Mathematics at A level. *

After your application been added to our pipeline and evaluated, you'll be invited to try to to a web psychometric assessment which will evaluate your numerical ability.

Upon successful completion of those, you'll be invited for a series of interviews with members of both our HR and commercial team.

Before full-time admission onto our Commercial Development Programme (CDP), all finalist candidates are invited to attend a two-week Cobblestone Training Programme (CTP). CTPs are administered at either our main Dubai office or our partner location in Kampala. this is often determined by our admin counting on where you're located.

During the educational program, you're employed will on real-life tasks and situations with other members of the commercial and technical team.
