Job details

 Identify and develop cost-efficient and reliable Material suppliers and transport vendors meeting company requirements.

Ø Coordination with existing vendors for renewal of service agreements.

Ø Handling of inbound and outbound logistics activities.

Ø Insurance of fabric outgoing local supply.

Ø Prepare all necessary documents for dispatching and receiving of Material/Goods to SCC Warehouse.

Ø Reconcile accounts payable of Vendors associated with Local Supply Chain.

Ø Coordinating with transport companies to make sure timely dispatch and delivery.

Ø Forecast of RM/PM requirement against the OTM.

Ø Coordinating with local RM suppliers to make sure timely delivery with absolute best prices.

Ø Maintaining and updating various financial activities i.e. fund, Factory account, Labor salaries, utility bills, claims management, Input of payroll journals to the overall ledger of Labors.

Ø Maintaining Inward and Outward into databases and System also

Ø liable for maintaining office block, furniture, water and power supply etc.

Ø Maintaining statistical and financial records.

Ø Budgeting for funds.

Ø Office stationary arrangement.

Ø Office grocery arrangement

Ø Creating Administration procedure.

Ø Stock reconciliation.

Ø Physical stock takes activity to be administered at the top of each month.

Ø Update database timely.

Ø Documentation of safety equipment.

Ø Should have strong penetration in the market

Ø Should have strong communication skills in order that coordinate with suppliers effectively.

  • Salary: Rs20,000.00 - Rs23,000.00 per month
