ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN OFFICER

Accounts and Finance officer are going to be liable for the subsequent activities subject to changes as per the organization's requirements:

  •  Create and implement financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.
  •  Preparation and planning of budgets.
  •  Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
  •  Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the newest transactions and changes.
  • Contribute to financial audits.  Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
  • Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
  • Maintenance of accounting ledgers in both computerized also as manual registers.
  • Verification of expenses incurred and claimed by the staff.
  • Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
  • fund maintenance alongside vouchers filing on day today.
  • Prepare a statement of monetary position on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Assist Social Project Head altogether the executive matters
